Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking the moment your order ships.

Delivery times

• Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after processing.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, during peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $39.
• A flat $4.99 standard shipping fee applies to orders under the free-shipping threshold.
• Any applicable duties or taxes for international destinations are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. You can also track your order any time on our Track Your Order page.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once shipped, and re-delivery for incorrect addresses may incur an additional fee.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us at hello@petsofmine.shop and we'll help track it down or make it right.
