How long does shipping take?+
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! Shipping is free on every order over $39. Orders below that have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
What is your return policy?+
30-day happy returns with zero shipping-back hassle. If you're not happy within 30 days, email us your order number and a photo — we'll refund, credit, or replace, and in almost all cases you keep the item or donate it to a local animal shelter. Damaged or defective items are always replaced or refunded free.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept secure card payments through Bank of Georgia's encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card details are never stored by us.
Are your products safe for my pet?+
Every product is selected for pet safety and made from non-toxic, pet-friendly materials. As with any toy or gear, please supervise your pet, especially with new chew toys.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering at hello@petsofmine.shop and we'll change or cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet.
How do I track my order?+
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or head to our Track Your Order page and enter your order number.
